About the Role

EQ Retirement Solutions is looking for motivated individuals to join our telephony-based Pension Administration team within our contact centres in Liverpool City Centre.

As a Team Member you will provide exceptional customer service, resolve members’ phone enquiries and support our pension administration processes. This role is not sales related but you will work towards realistic key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
  • Resolve members’ telephone enquiries based on a competent working knowledge of pension schemes (in‑house training provided).
  • Maintain excellent attendance and time‑keeping.
  • Form good working relationships with colleagues and members.
Qualifications
  • GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above.
  • Resided in the UK for at least 5 years (required for security clearance).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
