Responsibilities
You'll start your journey in one of our branches, providing face‑to‑face support to customers. While you handle everyday banking tasks, the heart of this role is helping people through important moments – offering reassurance, guidance and practical support. You may assist customers who are bereaved, dealing with fraud, vulnerable or simply help them build confidence with digital banking. You will adapt to different customer needs, promote and support our digital services, and confidently help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
You will also recognise opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
- Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- No previous financial services experience required.
- Honest, genuine, caring and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Ability to quickly build relationships and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers.
- Team‑player, collaborating closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
