You will own client cases from first contact to resolution, guiding clients through processes with empathy and clear communication, and ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
The role offers a Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm schedule, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, a 4% employer pension, free parking and hybrid working after training and probation.
