Tarmac is seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at the Mountsorrel hub near Loughborough. You will handle customer inquiries by telephone, online and email from initial contact through to delivery, ensuring a high standard of service and accurate data entry.
The role is 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday with alternating early shifts and a 1 in 4 Saturday morning rota. You will collaborate with fleet and capacity planners and build strong relationships with key
