ASDA is seeking a Customer Manager to be the main ambassador for delivering exceptional customer experience across the store, covering Service, Back Office, Security and Cleaning Teams. You will drive service standards from car park to checkout and act on customer feedback to ensure customers shop with the very best experience.
You will be the eyes and ears of our customers, collecting feedback, running listening groups, and liaising with external partners to ensure standards and expectations
