Amey in Liverpool is hiring a Customer Service Operator to join our 24-hour Response Centre. You will record, monitor and maintain regulatory client information and supply it to the customer service manager and client.
The role includes shift work across a 37.5-hour week with early starts from 6am and latest finishes will handle high volumes of calls, process emails and web requests, own issues through to completion, and report on performance.
