SSE is recruiting for a part-time advisor based in Cardiff or Reading, with hybrid working and attendance in the office at least two days per week. The role is 10am–2pm or 10:30–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, catering for lunch-cover shifts.
You will contact customers to arrange smart metering appointments, answer phone and email enquiries, and promote the benefits of the 4G smart metering network while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
