The Housing Officer - Liverpool and Wirral position, based in Liverpool, carries a full-time salary of £37,250 per annum. We are seeking a Neighbourhood Partnership Specialist to join our Neighbourhoods team in the Merseyside area on a permanent basis. The purpose of the role is to deliver face to face customer services and housing support in our neighbourhoods, providing support to customers, delivering social impact and tenancy management services. Ensure high-quality customer service and collaborate well with colleagues and partners and champion the Onward values to enable people and communities to be their best.

Experience of tenancy management and estate management within a housing or property-related environment is highly desirable. A valid full UK Driving License is required for this role.
