Betfred - Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for Customer Service Assistants to work with us in our betting team at our Racecourses across the country. You would be working in the public, restaurant and hospitality areas across some of our 58 racecourses around the UK. When you apply you will be able to chose your most local racecourse as your 'home course' and see the regional team it is a part of.

• Applicants 18+
• Excellent Customer Service skills - experience preferred
• Excellent Cash Handling skills - experience preferred
• Honest and reliable team members
• Commitment to understanding betting product knowledge
• Drivers/keen travellers - preferred not necessary

• CSA - £12.90 + holiday pay 13.3% = £14.61 per hour
• Courier - £14.05 + holiday pay 13.3% = £15.91 per hour
• The same rate for all ages 18+
