Our Café/Kiosk Attendantsneed to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of ourCafé/Kiosk Attendantsis to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Coffee making/ barista skills
• Food handling Certificate
• Current First Aid Certificate (Workplace Level
  2).
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current Food Handlers Qualification
• Police Check
• Working with Children Check
• Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods
• Availability Saturdays and Sundays

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset are encouraged to apply!
