Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site Dental Nurse role based in Liverpool. The Dental Nurse will support dentists during clinical procedures, including preparing treatment rooms, organising instruments, and assisting chairside. Daily responsibilities include maintaining high standards of infection control and decontamination, ensuring accurate patient records, and helping to manage appointment flow. The role also involves providing patients with clear information about their dental care, supporting their comfort during treatments, and contributing to the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the practice.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Dentistry and Dental Care to effectively support clinical procedures and patient treatments.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Infection Control and Decontamination to maintain a safe and hygienic clinical environment
  • Relevant dental nursing qualification or registration (e.g., recognised dental nursing certificate or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team and provide reassuring support to patients.
  • Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in following clinical protocols and practice policies.
  • Previous experience in a dental practice or clinical setting is beneficial.
