We’re looking for a proactive, well-spoken freelance sales professional to help us grow One Wall Design across the UK architecture and interior design market.

One Wall Design creates premium vinyl wall coverings for commercial, hospitality, and high-end interior projects. Our products are specified by architects and designers who value design quality, durability, and technical reliability.

You will be responsible for:

• Actively prospecting UK-based architect offices and interior design studios
• Reaching out, introducing the brand, and securing introductory calls
• Coordinating sample requests for qualified studios
• Building long-term relationships that convert into sold projects

This role focuses exclusively on the UK market.

• Strong communication skills — confident, professional, and fluent in English
• Action-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable speaking with architects, designers, and decision-makers
• Sales or business development experience (interiors / architecture / materials is a strong plus)
• Based in the UK or Poland (remote)
• Self-employed / freelance setup
• High level of written and spoken English is essential

• Commission-based freelance role with uncapped earning potential (OTE based on performance)
• Paid per sold project (100% prepayment model)
