Premises Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Designer / CAD Technician specializing in Cladding to join their Liverpool team. The role involves producing detailed cladding construction drawings and preparing elevation, plan, and site investigation documents.
This full-time, permanent position offers a company laptop, travel expenses for site visits outside Liverpool, and yearly appraisals. The ideal candidate will have essential previous experience in cladding and will be required to attend the office at least three times a week.
