Building design manager

Due to continued growth across our development portfolio, Integritas Property Group is looking to appoint an experienced Design Manager to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of complex residential and mixed-use developments, including Higher-Risk Buildings, at a time when navigating the Building Safety Regime has become one of the most critical aspects of successful project delivery.

• Proven experience as a Design Manager within the residential or mixed-use development sector.
• Strong understanding of the Building Safety Act and Gateway process.
• Experience liaising with the Building Safety Regulator and managing compliance requirements.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and consultants.
• Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Experience managing design programmes from planning through to construction and completion.

• Managing the design process across multiple developments.
• Coordinating architects, engineers and specialist consultants.
• Leading Building Safety Regulator submissions and responses.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Working closely with our development, construction and commercial teams to drive projects forward.
