Job Title:
Senior Architect
Location:
Liverpool Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined national practice who offer a wide range of expertise to the residential and commercial sectors. They are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect to hit the ground running for their team in Liverpool.

- Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare quotations and tender submissions
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
- Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
- Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
- Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
- Excellent drawing and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
