Duties

Lead and deliver on residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
Prepare quotations and tender submissions
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other external team members
Produce detailed drawing packages, specifications and construction documentation
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance is achieved

Skills and Experience

ARB registered
Significant post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Experience managing projects within the residential and commercial sector
Strong experience working across all RIBA work stages
Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent drawing and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Liverpool area
