Identify Solutions in Liverpool is seeking a Service Designer to lead the design on a major 3-year public-sector digital transformation project. The role is hybrid in Liverpool with 1 day on site per week.
Start date in October or earlier. You will design across Discovery, Alpha, Beta and Live, own service blueprints, user journeys and ecosystem maps, and oversee co-design workshops while turning user insights into service improvements.
