The work

You will apply psychiatric expertise to AI training through case studies, assessments, annotations, documentation, and feedback on how AI systems handle mental health concepts. The work includes sensitive content and requires careful clinical judgment, confidentiality, cultural awareness, and ethical decision-making.

  • Develop complex psychiatric case studies based on real-world and culturally nuanced situations.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and create expert annotations based on Lithuanian psychiatric practices.
  • Write precise psychiatric documentation and analyses in Lithuanian and English.
  • Create bilingual communication frameworks for accurate psychiatric information exchange.
  • Review sensitive case content using ethical and clinical best practices.
  • Evaluate AI methods for mental health contexts and provide expert feedback.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams improving AI understanding of psychiatric concepts.
What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for a licensed psychiatrist with substantial clinical experience in Lithuanian settings. Experience creating educational or research case studies, and working on technology, research, or digital health initiatives, is helpful.
