Spencer Clarke Group are working with a supportive and welcoming primary school in Liverpool who are seeking a passionate and creative EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from January 2026.

The successful teacher will deliver engaging lessons that support children's early development, build foundational learning skills, and nurture personal growth. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the start of children's education within a vibrant school community.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare and deliver stimulating EYFS lessons.

Provide a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

Track and report progress against EYFS curriculum outcomes.

Participate fully in school life, including staff meetings, training and parent consultations.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework.

Experience teaching within Early Years is preferred.

Excellent communication, behaviour management and organisational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
