Engineering Assessor – Tutor / Assessor
We’re on the lookout for Tutors and Assessors in a number of trades, including Electrical, Fabrication and Welding, Pipe fitting and Metal Fabrication.

Responsibilities:
- Inspire and guide apprentices through their learning journeys, ensuring they develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge essential for success in the electrical engineering field.
- Develop vocational skills and CPD to enrich your knowledge, skills and personal career development.
- Mentor support to on-board you in college's approach to teaching, learning and assessment.
- Support a small, supportive trade team where your specific skillset will complement the existing expertise.
Qualifications:
- Time served Engineer holding at least Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) with industry experience.
- Suitable teacher/assessor qualifications required.
- Licence to drive UK and vehicle access essential for travel across Mersey and Cheshire regions.
- Experience of platforms such as One File and Canvas desirable; good IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check required.
