- Planning and delivering engaging lessons for a Year 3 class in line with the National Curriculum
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider staff
- Maintaining high expectations for learning, behaviour, and attainment
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3 (ECTs welcome)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confident, organised, and adaptable teaching style
- Passionate about supporting pupils in a diverse school community
