Location: All areas of Liverpool (L1 - L36)
Daily Pay: £13.68 - £14.00 per hour

Duties- Supporting students 1-on-1 to help them understand and finish their classroom tasks.
- Leading small group activities to boost learning in core subjects like English and Maths.
- Helping KS4 students stay organised and motivated as they prepare for their GCSEs.
- Simplifying the teacher's instructions for students who find certain topics difficult.
- Helping the teacher manage the classroom so that every student stays focused.
- Encouraging students to build their confidence and take pride in their work.
- Watching out for the well being of students and providing a friendly, supportive face.
- Keeping track of student progress and giving feedback to the class teacher.
- Ensuring all students follow the school rules and stay safe during the school day.
- A University Degree OR a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification is highly valued.
- Previous experience working with young people in any setting (sports, youth clubs, or schools).
- A patient and resilient personality to support students who may have learning barriers.
- Clear communication skills to explain ideas in a way that teenagers understand.
- The ability to build professional and trusting relationships with students and staff.
- A proactive approach to helping out in the classroom without needing to be asked.
