• At least six months of recent experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a UK school.
• A strong commitment to helping students with SEN reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to show initiative and adapt to different needs.
• An Enhanced DBS check or the willingness to obtain one.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
