Behaviour Mentor

Are you passionate about supporting young people with challenging behaviour? We’re looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to work with KS2 students at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Liverpool.

Location: Liverpool

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Contract: Long‑term role

  Help Key‑Stage 2 students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, and challenging behaviour overcome barriers to learning.

• Provide tailored support for students with challenging behaviour on a 1:1 or group basis.
• Foster a positive, structured, and encouraging learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to implement behaviour strategies and personalised plans.

• Experience in supporting students with ASD, Autism, ADHD, or challenging behaviour.
• A calm, patient, and resilient approach to working with children.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
