A dedicated SEN primary school in Liverpool is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker to join their team. This is a full-time role supporting pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs, many of whom have autism and other complex learning needs. The role includes 1.1 and group work.

Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation.
Work 1:1 and in small groups to build trust and engagement.
Implement tailored behaviour support strategies under the guidance of the SEN team.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate :

Has experience working with children with challenging behaviour or SEN.
Is calm, resilient, and empathetic.
Understands safeguarding and behaviour management techniques.
Team Teach or similar training is desirable but not essential.
