£36,000 + Monday to Friday + No travel + Full trainer qualification provided + Structured development plan + Pension + 33 days holiday

Due to continued demand, they are now looking to bring in a Working at Height professional who wants to transition into training. Full support, mentoring, and trainer qualifications will be provided, along with the opportunity to upskill into Confined Spaces and GWO training as part of your development.

The core focus of the role will be delivering Working at Height training, carrying out practical demonstrations, and assessing delegates in a professional training environment. Over time, you'll be supported to broaden your skill set and deliver additional safety and technical courses.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in working from heights who enjoys mentoring others and wants a long-term career away from site work.

The role:

The person:

* Confident and competent delivering Working at Height activities

* Must have experience in working from heights.

* Confined Spaces experience highly beneficial

* Any GWO qualifications a strong advantage

* Comfortable presenting and working with groups
