Pay Rate: £13.75-£15 per hour (depending on experience)

Join a nurturing primary school in Croxteth as a Speech & Language Specialist
. You’ll support pupils with speech, language, and communication needs through tailored interventions, working closely with teachers, SENCO, and families to boost confidence and learning outcomes.

• Conduct assessments and design bespoke speech and language intervention plans.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with classroom staff and external professionals to embed strategies.
• Track pupil progress and adapt plans accordingly.
• Provide guidance and resources to teaching staff and parents for continuity of care.

• Qualified Speech & Language Therapist, Speech and Language Specialist, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with primary‑aged pupils with communication needs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible availability for full‑time or part‑time assignments starting ASAP.
