Teaching Assistant

Position: Teaching Assistant - Part Time - Day to day.
Location: Liverpool
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Start Date: ASAP

We are recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Liverpool
. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and nurturing individuals looking to support pupils across different year groups and make a real impact in the classroom.

Successful candidates will work across the school, supporting pupils with a variety of learning needs and helping them access the curriculum in a positive and engaging environment.

• Support pupils in whole-class, small group and 1:1 settings
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Help prepare learning resources and support classroom organisation
• Provide additional academic, social and emotional support where needed
• Encourage positive behaviour and support daily school routines
• Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff and senior leaders

• Experience supporting children in a secondary school setting
• A patient, nurturing and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to support across different year groups
• Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification preferred but not essential

• Friendly and welcoming school environments
