Drama Teacher – Newham – Temporary – £170 to £250 a Day – ASAP Start

In the heart of Newham, a secondary school is on the hunt for a Drama Teacher to start ASAP. This is a temporary position.

The Head Teacher is looking for an ambitious Drama Teacher who is keen to add value to a creative and forward‑thinking Performing Arts department.

The school is renowned for its supportive SLT and strong Progress 8 results across all subjects. It is highly invested in the education sector, implementing innovative teaching practices while also providing excellent training and development opportunities for both existing and new staff. For this Drama Teacher role, the school would ideally like someone with experience engaging KS3 and KS4 students, delivering practical and theory‑based lessons, and confidently managing behaviour in the classroom.

This secondary school caters to approximately 1,100 pupils aged 11‑19. The school is known for its positive, inclusive, and enthusiastic environment for both staff and students.
