Interim Senior Leader - Special School

Panoramic are seeking an experienced and compassionate Interim Senior Leader to join a Berkshire-based special school during an important period of development. This is a key leadership role, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with complex needs.

• Provide strong, visible leadership across the school
• Support the strategic and operational leadership of teaching, learning, and inclusion
• Lead and support staff to deliver high-quality provision for pupils with SEND
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and aspirational learning environment
• Contribute to school improvement planning and day-to-day leadership as required

The precise responsibilities will be shaped around the strengths of the successful candidate and the current needs of the school.
