Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles.
- Assess and support students in their coursework and practical projects.
- Promote food safety and healthy eating practices.
- Encourage students' creativity and innovation in food preparation and design.
- Provide a safe and inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan, develop, and improve the Food Technology curriculum.
- Relevant experience in Food Technology or a related field (such as culinary arts, nutrition, or food science).
- A strong understanding of food technology and the ability to engage students through practical and theoretical lessons.
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a special educational needs (SEN) environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
