• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles.
• Assess and support students in their coursework and practical projects.
• Promote food safety and healthy eating practices.
• Encourage students' creativity and innovation in food preparation and design.
• Provide a safe and inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan, develop, and improve the Food Technology curriculum.

• Relevant experience in Food Technology or a related field (such as culinary arts, nutrition, or food science).
• A strong understanding of food technology and the ability to engage students through practical and theoretical lessons.
• Experience working with young people, ideally in a special educational needs (SEN) environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to reach their full potential.
• A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team.
