GSL Education is seeking an experienced Lead SEN Teaching Assistant to join a modern and supportive school in Newham (E16). This is an exciting opportunity for someone with SEN experience to make a real impact in a dynamic and nurturing educational environment.
Responsibilities- Lead groups when required.
- Deliver 1:1 SEN support and interventions.
- Provide a warm personality with excellent communication skills.
- Commit to following school policies and contributing positively to the team.
- Support the potential to secure a permanent contract.
- Work in a modern school with excellent facilities.
- Be part of a trust academy, offering wide career development opportunities across multiple schools.
- Proven SEN experience with strong knowledge of ASD.
