Exceptional SEN Teacher Opportunity - Full-Time, Long-Term Contract - Liverpool
Randstad Education is actively recruiting for a highly skilled and compassionate Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher for a full-time, long-term position in a dedicated school setting in Liverpool.
This rewarding role requires an adaptable educator committed to fostering a supportive and stimulating environment for pupils with complex and diverse learning needs. You will be working with students across a spectrum of special needs, including Autism, ADHD, Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD), and Complex Learning Difficulties (CLD).
Responsibilities- Differentiate and Deliver:
Expertly design and teach highly individualised lessons and tailored learning programs. - Curriculum Expertise:
Develop lesson plans strictly following the P Scales curriculum framework. - Student Engagement:
Establish strong rapport and trusting relationships to actively support student's academic and personal development. - Classroom Management:
Employ resilient and creative teaching methodologies to maintain a positive, focused, and inclusive classroom atmosphere. - Care & Support:
Assist students with personal care routines where required. - Commitment:
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Qualification:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). - Experience:
Proven, essential prior experience supporting SEN pupils within UK school environments. - Compliance:
Possess a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to immediately apply for a new one. - Legal Right to Work:
Must have the legal right to work in the UK (Sponsorship cannot be provided). - Skills:
Demonstrated strong competencies in communication and effective behaviour management.
