A welcoming and inclusive SEN school in Earley is seeking a proactive Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11 to 18 with SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, and behavioural difficulties.

This full-time Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role would suit Psychology or Criminology graduates, aspiring Youth Workers, or individuals with experience in mentoring or behaviour support.

  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

• Support students with behaviour intervention plans
• Implement de‑e​scalation and positive reinforcement strategies
• Provide 1:1 and small group support
• Encourage positive social interactions and engagement in learning
• Work alongside teaching staff and SEN professionals
