RoleAs part of the Estates Reactive Maintenance team, working autonomously to provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for staff and students throughout all University buildings. To ensure that all works are carried out efficiently, and are compliant with university procedures and statutory legislation. To participate in out of hours call out rota and late cover rota for carpentry issues.
This position is working on‑site only, so we are unable to support hybrid working for this appointment.
