Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant ready to make a real difference in a young child's life? Randstad is partnering with a supportive primary school in Kirkby to find a dedicated individual for an immediate start!
Job Overview
Provide 1:1 support to a child in an Early Years setting.
Significant impact on a child's development.
Full-time, temporary (until at least December 2025, with potential extension).
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and supportive learning experiences.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff.
Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Qualifications
Level 3 Early Years or Childcare qualification.
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) - Essential.
Patience, empathy, strong communication skills.
