KS1 Learning Support Assistant – Liverpool (L22 Area)

Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the L22 area
.

You’ll be working 1:1 with children in KS1
, providing tailored support to help them engage confidently in classroom learning. You’ll work closely with the school team and benefit from the support of specialists to deliver targeted interventions and personalised learning activities.

• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans.
• Support KS1 children in accessing learning and classroom activities.
• Assist with personal care where required.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
• Help deliver targeted interventions and activities to support learning and development.

• Experience supporting children in a school or nursery setting (preferred).
• Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).
• Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners.
• Confidence in assisting with personal care.
