KS2 SEN Learning Support Assistant – Liverpool (L12 Area)

Milk Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in the L12 area.

You’ll be working 1:1 with children in KS2, providing tailored support for pupils with ADHD and helping them engage confidently in classroom learning. You’ll work closely with the SEN team and benefit from specialist support to deliver targeted interventions and personalised learning activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans.
  • Support KS2 pupils with ADHD in accessing learning and classroom activities.
  • Assist with personal care where required.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Help deliver targeted interventions and activities to support learning and development.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience supporting children with SEN/SEND, including ADHD (preferred).
  • Paediatric First Aid certification (essential).
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting learners.
  • Confidence in assisting with personal care.
  • Previous experience working with children in a school or nursery setting.
