We are looking for motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) working in secondary schools who are passionate about engaging students through real-world learning. This role is ideal for teachers at the beginning of their career who want to build confidence, reduce planning time, and deliver high-impact lessons using trusted digital resources.
You will use the Milk Education website to support learning across subjects such as Science, PSHE, Food Technology and Geography
, helping students develop knowledge and life skills linked to health and sustainability.
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons using Milk Education resources
- Adapt materials to meet the needs of all learners
- Support student understanding of nutrition, wellbeing and sustainability
- Use interactive digital content to increase engagement and progress
- Reflect on practice as part of your ECT induction and professional development
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing ECT induction
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
