We’re recruiting a resilient SEN Classroom Assistant to join a specialist upper school team in Kirkby, supporting KS3 pupils with autism, SEMH, and challenging behaviours. This is a full-time, term-time role in a setting where consistency, empathy, and structure are key.

Provide tailored support in a high-needs classroom environment
• Use Team Teach strategies to manage behaviours safely and positively
• Build trusted relationships that promote regulation and engagement
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver individualised learning

• SEN experience in autism, SEMH, or behaviour‑focused settings
• Classroom experience with secondary‑aged pupils (KS3)
• Team Teach training (essential)
• A calm, proactive, and emotionally intelligent approach
