The role

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
• Work collaboratively with school staff to support pupil progress and achievement.
• Gain experience across different schools or secure a long‑term placement.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending qualification.
• Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to complete their induction or gain further classroom experience.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach to teaching.
• Passion for education and supporting pupil development.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Provide two professional references.
• Valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
