Interim Senior Leader

We are seeking an exceptional and experienced senior leader to join our secondary school in Liverpool on an interim basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled educational leader to drive improvement and impact in one of the following key areas:

• Inclusion
• Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
• Behaviour, Culture and Attendance

The specific portfolio will be aligned to the successful candidate's expertise and the needs of the school.

As an Interim Senior Leader, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, working closely with the Headteacher and wider leadership team to secure outstanding outcomes for students.

• Has a proven track record of successful leadership in a secondary school setting
• Is passionate about improving life chances for young people
• Has expertise in inclusion, SEND, behaviour, attendance or pastoral leadership
• Demonstrates strong strategic thinking alongside excellent operational delivery
• Builds positive relationships with students, families and colleagues
