Plan and deliver creative, engaging and inclusive learning opportunities in line with the EYFS Framework and school curriculum.

Classroom and EnvironmentOrganise and maintain an attractive, safe and purposeful indoor and outdoor learning environment.
Promote positive behaviour and relationships in accordance with the school’s behaviour policy.
Establish strong routines and high standards of care and wellbeing for all children.
Safeguarding and InclusionSafeguard and promote the welfare of children at all times.
Follow all school safeguarding policies and procedures, including Keeping Children Safe in Education.
Promote equality, inclusion and diversity within the classroom and wider school community.
Partnership with Parents and the CommunityBuild positive and professional relationships with parents and carers.
Communicate effectively regarding children’s progress, wellbeing and achievements.
Contribute to transition arrangements and wider school events.
Professional ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and leaders across the school and Trust.
Participate fully in staff meetings, professional development and school improvement activities.
Uphold and support the Christian ethos and values of Childwall CE Primary School.
Take responsibility for personal professional development and continuous improvement.
Carry out duties and responsibilities in line with school policies and procedures.
Wider ContributionContribute positively to the wider life of the school and Trust.
Support enrichment activities, school events and community engagement opportunities.
Undertake additional responsibilities as reasonably directed by the Headteacher.
