Lecturer in Horticulture (RHS) 15 hours – Liverpool / Warrington

About the role

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of horticulturists? Do you have a love for plants, people, and the environment — and want to share that passion with others?

We’re seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lecturer in Horticulture to join our teams at our Croxteth Park Centre in Liverpool and Walton Park Centre in Warrington. You’ll play a key role in delivering inspirational teaching, learning, and assessment across our Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) courses, supporting adult learners to achieve recognised qualifications and thrive in the horticulture sector.

You’ll bring your horticultural knowledge, enthusiasm, and professional experience to create engaging and practical sessions that bring theory to life. Working collaboratively with colleagues and learners, you’ll nurture confidence, skills, and employability to prepare students for successful careers in the industry.

Salary: £29,114 - £35,821 per annum, pro rata in accordance with qualifications and experience.
