Secondary Learning Mentor – Liverpool

Milk Education Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Secondary Learning Mentor to support pupils across local secondary schools. If you’re passionate about empowering young people, confident working with teenagers, and ready to make a meaningful impact, this role could be the perfect fit.

As a Secondary Learning Mentor, you will:

• Provide support to pupils in KS3–KS4 who require additional academic or behavioural help
• Assist teachers during lessons, supporting learning across core subjects
• Deliver small‑group interventions or 1:1 mentoring sessions
• Help students develop confidence, motivation, and positive learning habits
• Support pupils with SEND or SEMH needs to access learning
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive school culture

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in education, youth work, tutoring, behavioural support, sports coaching, or anyone who excels in motivating young people.
