Teaching Assistant – L20

We’re currently recruiting for a Reception Teaching Assistant to join a Primary in the L20 area of Liverpool on a long‑term basis starting in September.

You’ll be joining a supportive, inclusive school that puts wellbeing and community at the centre of everything they do. It’s a good fit for someone who wants to become a familiar face in a school that values consistency.

• Supporting one‑to‑one and the wider reception class in small groups, responding to their individual needs in the afternoon
• Helping deliver catch‑up sessions to close learning gaps
• Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong

• Recent experience working in a school or education setting
• A Level 2 or 3 qualification in childcare, education or similar – or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Comfortable taking direction from the class teacher and working as part of a team
