We're looking for a qualified and enthusiastic RYA Trainer to deliver the following accredited courses on behalf of CM Marine:

• RYA Sea Survival
• RYA Short Range Certificate (SRC)
• RYA First Aid

You'll play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality training, upholding our standards, and ensuring every student leaves better prepared for their time at sea.

• Deliver RYA Sea Survival, SRC, and First Aid courses to a consistently high standard
• Assess and support students at varying levels of experience
• Maintain accurate records and complete all required RYA documentation
• Ensure all training complies with RYA guidelines and current safety regulations
• Contribute to course scheduling and continuous improvement of training delivery
• Represent CM Marine professionally at all times

Essential:

• RYA Trainer qualification with relevant endorsements:
• RYA Sea Survival Instructor
• RYA Short Range Certificate Assessor/Instructor
• RYA First Aid Instructor (or equivalent recognised qualification)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and adapt to learners of different backgrounds and abilities
• Commitment to safety and professionalism

Desirable:

• Experience training commercial maritime personnel
• Familiarity with MCA requirements for seafarer certification
