TheOpportunity Lead LSA
N12 - N19, 37 hours per week, term time.
Fixed term for 2 years from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2028
We are looking to appoint a Lead LSA to work with the Deputy SENDCO, SENDCO, Heads of House and others, to identify and support students at risk of underachievement or exclusion and to provide academic, emotional and behavioural support.
Key duties and responsibilities include:- Lead on training for staff around issues related to SEND and coordinating interventions.
- To arrange, deliver and evaluate interventions for pupils with SEND.
- To assist with the management of Engage as a provision for pupils to receive emotional support, access arrangements for tests, screeners, assessments, interventions and reintegration strategies.
