We are looking to appoint outstanding practitioners who are bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated. We are looking for class teachers who are passionate about teaching and can inspire children’s learning. • Have experience of teaching across the primary age range
• Be an excellent classroom teacher with the ability to reflect on their own practice
• Have an excellent understanding of how children learn
• Have a secure understanding of behaviour and the importance of relationships
• Have the ability to secure pupil progress and accelerate learning
• Create a stimulating, organised, interactive and informative learning environment that encourages each child to achieve their full potential
• Be able to inspire and motivate children with engaging, high quality teaching
• Work in partnership with parents/carers and other members of staff to promote the wellbeing and educational progress of each pupil
• Be an excellent and positive communicator with both children and adults, and a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
