Are you a Psychology graduate in your final year or recently graduated and looking to gain hands‑on experience in education
? We are offering exciting opportunities to work in SEN schools across primary and secondary settings
, supporting children with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties

This role is perfect for graduates who want to apply their academic knowledge in a practical setting, develop classroom skills, and make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN
Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and interventions
Support pupils’ social, emotional, and communication development
Implement strategies to encourage independence and positive behaviour
Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teachers, and support staff
Psychology graduate (final year students or recent graduates welcome)
Passionate about working with children and young people with SEN
Empathetic, resilient, and eager to learn in a classroom environment
Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships
Interested in pursuing a career in education, psychology, or SEN support
